Agnete ‘Nete’ Oernsholt Looking at the Oernsholt portfolio it is not surprising that Agnete was schooled in Denmark with its renowned minimalist and functional finger-on-the-pulse design tradition. It has taken Agnete Oernsholt a lot of tea and a few geographical changes to get to the top. Of a hill. In sunny Hollywood, where she now sits sipping tea, generating ideas and managing the design studio that is OERNSHOLT.
For Agnete it’s all about the idea. A point proven by her former position as Brand Design Manager at the iconic toy brand Lego. Regardless the project's type or scale, Agnete assertively coins a client’s brand essence through both interviews and methodical research.

But a profound, very strong intuition remains her key asset. ”I don’t think you can do what I do without bundles of intuition. You have to get ”inside the head” of the subject in question. Intuition is the door to brand essence.”
There isn’t the company profile, product or personal identity Agnete hasn’t coined; her working method is tried and tested to great acclaim in the industry and has earned her several gold awards.
